Backend Java Engineer – NYC / San Francicso

Full Time

My client is an established start-up company which is venture backed and found in 2013. They have seen great growth and boast over 100 employees and are still growing. They have offices in NYC & San Francisco.

My client have established cross-functional teams. Collaborating closely with firmware engineers, designers, and product managers. You will work on products and features that span software and hardware to create seamless user-experience. My Client are constantly exploring ways to stretch the limits of security systems. You will be working in a highly collaborative and creative environment.

To be considered you must have:

Degree in Computer Science is essential
At least 3 years of commercial development experience
Must have 3 years’ experience Java/J2EE
Must have a strong understanding of software design, architecture, data-structures
Proficient with Play Framework
Experience with Cloud technologies preferably AWS
Experience working with Microservices
